Author Description

In every Shamanic society, people have looked to the natural word, particularly animals, for wisdom and guidance. Some of these animals were referred to as "Totems" - a word derived from a term meaning "kin." Every Tuesday is "Totem Tuesday" on the Facebook page of Perching Wolf Studios - Shamanic Arts, and this is the collection of the first year's worth of weekly posts, each featuring original art work and writing by the author, explaining what wisdom and guidance a certain Totem Animal may have for us in our daily lives.
