Each volume in this series contains upwards of 200 color photos and up to 100 full-color drawings within 64 pages. The double-page spreads cover an aspect of a subject with extensively labeled illustrations accompanied by an explanatory text. Information is provided via striking photos, blowups of illustrations of minute objects, and cutaway portrayals of subjects to pique the curiosity of children and adults alike.
