2025 marks the 20th edition of The Cruising Almanac, the perfect onboard companion for cruising sailors compiled by the Cruising Association and Imray. It provides a reliable hard-copy source of information packed with data to help passage planning and for quick reference to hundreds of ports and marinas. The Almanac encompasses Northwest Europe from the Shetlands to Gibraltar and from the Baltic to the west coast of Ireland. This 2025 edition has a fresh new design and layout, with reader-friendly colour coding for navigational and contact information. Plans have been comprehensively updated with the latest hydrographic office source data and that of local and regional experts, and reconfigured to sit handily alongside the relevant text. Ports of entry are now clearly listed at the start of the relevant chapter, and the introduction includes latest ports of entry regulations and EU customs/immigration formalities.
