Nine year old Jade suffers a mental breakdown when she loses her pet dog, Bonnie. The little dog has fallen into the clutches of cruel, abusive puppy farmers who keep her prisoner, to breed from her and sell her puppies for profit. Help arrives in the shape of Liz, a Clairvoyant tarot reader who establishes telepathic links to Jade and Bonnie, endeavouring to save the sanity of the little girl and reunite her with her much loved pet.
