The Instructor s Manual is available to instructors and contains detailed solutions to the end-of-chapter questions and problems. A list at the end of the Manual designates the topical coverage of each of the end-of-chapter problems in the text. The solutions to text questions and problems have been thoroughly checked to assure their accuracy.
