After doing a great deal of research, and following up on hundreds of people going through The Thrive Programme, we have created a very simple-yet-powerful, pocket-sized journal - to help you get the most out of the programme. The journal MUST be used in conjunction with one of the other Thrive books. The pocket-sized journal is the perfect complement to the Thrive book. Your entire programme is laid out for you (up to eight weeks) with spaces to write your goals, actions, notes and reflections every single day. According to research you are up to 40% more likely to be successful in reaching your goals if you use a journal, and this one has been specifically designed for you.
