The Controlled Substance Inventory (CSI) workbook provides a convenient way to record an inventory of all stocks of controlled substances upon engaging in the manufacture, distribution or dispensing of these items. An alphabetical listing of Schedule II through Schedule V narcotics includes the form, strength, labeler and schedule codes. Blank spaces are also provided to inventory narcotics that are not listed.
