John Paul Caponigro is a pioneer in the world of digital photography. After studying photography with his father, renowned landscape photographer Paul Caponigro, John Paul earned a B.A. in art and literature from the University of California in Santa Cruz. In the early 1990s, he began studying digital photographic technique, and discovered that the computer enabled him to meld traditional and alternative photographic processes. He is now considered to be one of the most accomplished artists working within this new genre. This calendar presents a dozen beautiful examples of Caponigro's digital photography.
