DS-RT is a leading event in distributed simulation and the related fields of virtual reality and real-time systems. DS-RT 2003 presents recent results from academic researchers and practitioners in industry or defense on subjects that include HLA and Grid issues, real time systems, model composition, quality of service and multimedia, parallel and distributed simulation, methodology and web-based simulation, and haptic audio visual collaborative virtual environments and applications.
