This law school casebook supplement principally focuses on developments under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. A comprehensive overview of the Act is provided in the introduction, and recent SEC developments in implementing the Act are highlighted. Several important new cases are also discussed, including In re Enron, SEC v. Yun, and Merrill Lynch.
