Documents the performance of 91 executive Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), for example, the National Gallery, the Legal Aid Board and the Scottish Arts Council, with expenditure of 15 million or over in 1998/99. The Report provides an overview of their performance against a range of criteria, and summarises for each NDPB: performance against key targets, providing data over three years; key targets for the current year, and key financial data.
