In the last decades there has been a fundamental change in the profile, tasks and framework conditions of the ministry. Experts from the field of pastoral theology, systematic and historical theology, media studies, gender studies, ecumenism and liturgics consider and analyze from different perspectives the processes of change. Furthermore, three church leaders, sharing responsibility in these processes and accompanying them, offer further perspectives.
