These two volumes replace the one-volume Midyear Pamphlet. The first of two pamphlets will be published in June; the second of the two is scheduled for a September release. These pamphlets are intended to update the 1999 Deering's supplement with rules, urgency legislation, & annotation that have been generated since the end of the 1998 legislative year.
