<p>This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th IFIP WG 11.8 World Conference on Information Security Education, WISE 12, held in Lisbon, Portugal, in June 2019.</p>The 12 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions.
