<p>This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 16th IFIP WG 5.1 International Conference on Product Lifecycle Management, PLM 2019, held in Moscow, Russia, in July 2019.</p> <p>The 38 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 63 submissions.
