<p>This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the 17th IFIP WG 6.11 Conference on e-Business, e-Services and e-Society, I3E 201, held in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in October/November 2018.<br>The 65 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 99 submissions.
