Volume I of this 2 volume set includes forms used when representing private owners, public owners, lenders, developers, architects, engineers, and design builders. Volume 2 provides forms used when representing contractors and construction managers, subcontractors, material suppliers, sureties and international constructors. The new 1989 CMAA forms and new documents from AGCC are included.
