Author Description

This is the second scan prepared for the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME). Its principal purpose is to aid the staff and committees of the Council in preparing their strategic overview and work plan for the coming years. It also helps to alert concerned Canadians to some of the emerging environmental trends likely to dominate the national agenda over the next three to five years.
