This publication provides statistics on the principal characteristics of persons granted Canadian citizenship during 1991, and includes such information as province of residence, sex, age, marital status, year of immigration to Canada, country of former allegiance and country of birth. It also contain statistics concerning citizens who applied for and received certificates as proof of status.
