Author Description

The annual report reviews all associated branches of the Department with an overview of the mandates for Health Protection, Income Security, Medical Services, Social Services, Health Services and Promotion, Fitness and Amateur Sport, Corporate Management, Policy, Planning and Information, Intergovernmental and International Affairs, the Senior Advisor of Status of Women, Principal Nursing Officer, National Council of Welfare, the National Advisory Council on Aging, Communications, Personel Administration, and the departmental assignments program. Each Branch's activities are reviewed in terms of major activities participated in and components of each Branch's programs.
