Federal departments and agencies and the governments of the Yukon and Northwest Territories are surveyed each year to obtain information regarding their recent and proposed annual expenditures on programs and activities in or for the two territories. Areas surveyed include government spending by agency, employment levels, and expenditures by objective and function.
