Holding a MS in Nutrition and having over 20 years of experience in the food and nutrition industry working with companies like HEB Grocery, United Supermarkets, Republic Beverage and Methodist Hospital, Jan uses her knowledge of food, nutrition and culinary expertise to provide individual and group weight management, fitness and wellness counseling. Jan has developed hundreds of nutritious recipes and has incorporated them into three cookbooks.
