Data collection is one in a series of surveys designed to measure public attitudes toward the European Economic Community and the Common Market. In particular, respondents are asked about issues related to transportation, and energy production and usage. Attitudes concerning social goals and life satisfaction are also queried. In addition, the respondents' political orientation, outlook for the future, and socioeconomic and demographic characteristics are surveyed.
