This report examines population changes in Winnipeg and analyzes the population structure & spatial distribution of age groups over a 30 year period from 1951. It assesses immigration, emigration, intraprovincial migration, intercity migration, and birth & death rates as factors in these changes, and makes some projections on the pattern of Winnipeg population under several scenarios. Appendices contain tables, graphs, & maps illustrating the population data.
