Author Description

In this publication the author reviews the nearly twenty-three years devoted to the mayoralty of Girona, always with the confidence of large majorities granted by the citizens in six successive elections. These twenty-three years have yielded a great deal, above all they have served to transform a city inherited from a dark and gray past into a dynamic and modern capital projected on the world.
