A registered conscientious objector, an English teacher, a dissident, a regular contributor to Port Folio Weekly, (Hampton Roads¿ alternative weekly), a hippy drop-out, a writer and editor at the Lancaster Independent Press (among the longest-lived alternative newspapers in America before its demise as a print medium in 1992), a poet, a frequently produced playwright, an Equity actor, and a lover of open spaces and beaches: D.D. Delaney presents here the results of over 30 years from a career on the fringes of mainstream life that continues to this day.
