Eleven experienced Holocaust educators discuss their methods for teaching Holocaust related short stories, poetry, novels, drama, and memoirs to secondary school students (grades 7-12). Explains how to use various pieces of Holocaust literature in historically correct yet pedagogically sound methods, including such works as Richter's book Friedrich and Pagis's poem "Written in Pencil in the Sealed Railway Car", as well as thoughts on why one educator doesn't teach The Diary of Anne Frank.
