Intended primarily for upper-division undergraduate courses in comparative psychology and animal behavior, the text attempts to present a unified theoretical perspective to understand the origins of all behaviors of all animal species. The approach is based largely on the thinking of psychologists Zing-Yang Kuo and T.C.
