This book contains many of the principles and tenets of Yogi practices. This booklet concentrates on the fundamental framework of the development of an intellectual power, intuitive mindfulness, meditation and contemplation, and the path to purification of mind through catharsis techniques. This manuscript codifies the key elements of the Yamas and NiYamas with an exposition on key success principles. Additionally, several forms of yoga have a true focus on wholesome living. The goal of this small book is to allow for rapid spiritual growth of consciousness while tapping into the unlimited power of the universe and higher self. The desired effect of doing this work is wholeness, redemption, higher thought, right action, spiritual illumination & inner self/God realization.
