God speaks through incredible uniformity in scripture and that is why we believe in exegesis. This being that scripture interprets scripture. The Bible is not just a book, it's a supernatural algorithm that only allows the readers (HE) chooses to understand it based on their heart condition. That's to say, unless you're seeking God with a full heart toward finding the truth in Him, He will not enable you to understand His secrets.
