Written for children, this book follows Egg as it lays in its nest. It is the last to hatch and disaster is just around the corner. Egg has no idea of the danger that it is just about to be in. This book considers the the problems associated with getting lost, growing up, identity and sibling rivalry. Links are made to the EYFS and suggestions are made to the reader in relation to topis and questions to ask children during the reading process.
