
This 15 minute video shows the steps needed to examine the vascular system, including the proper use of equipment. With the patient in various positions, it demonstrates how to palpate and auscultate the peripheral arteries and examine them for occlusion and insufficiency. It also presents blood pressure measurement and examination of the peripheral veins, including assessment of jugular venous pressure, hepatojugular reflux, hand veins, and venous obstruction or insufficiency.
