Author Description

It's the spring of 1968 and there are strange goings-on at an archaeological dig of Aztec ruins in Cuernavaca, Mexico - mysterious accidents, thefts of artifacts and even an assault on one of the crew. A luxury hotel being built at the site has stirred up protests and the discovery of the ruins has the project on hold. Come along on a swinging 1960's mystery adventure ride as amateur teen sleuths, Kate and Peter Munfrey, visiting from the United States over Easter vacation, become involved when they meet a good friend of their grandmother - an archaeologist with the Museo Arqueológico de Cuernavaca - who is in charge of the dig.
