Author Description

This text gives direct access to every piece of EC legislation. Each entry is annotated to indicate whether the legislation is still in force and how it has been amended. It covers all repealed, superseded, consolidated and spent legislation as well as legislation currently in force. Each year the subcriber receives two volumes providing the corpus of legislation to date and an index; a fortnightly newsletter detailing developments; an updated index issued three times per year; and entitlement to call the Butterworths Editorial Staff and request an on-line dcheck of the database.
