Author Description

Follow the story of Westover Air Force Base from it's inception in 1939 through it's eras as a World War II Training Base, Air Transport Command, Military Air Transport Service, Strategic Air Command and finally Air Force Reserve Base. Including it's role as home to the Air Force Special Projects Facility, The Notch Command Center, Stony Brook Air Force Station and its role in Post Attack Command and Operation Looking Glass.
