Author Description

In this creative and lovely poem, children read about what happens when people are treated unfairly because of the color of their skin. Thanks to the Black Lives Matter Movement more people are responding to this unfair treatment in very creative and respectful ways., like poetry writing. Kim and Tammy wrote this poem to include rhyme. Pictures of masks are used to symbolize different people of color.
