
Excerpt from The British Columbia Gazette, Vol. 71: December, 10th, 1931 Regulation No. 5. - The Minister of Lands may enter into administrative arrangements with the owner or lessee of unfenced privately owned lands adjoining any Crown range for the depasturing in common of those lands and the Crown range, and for the granting to him of a free or partially free grazing permit for the depasturing of his animals on the Crown range, subject to the special condition that during the term of the permit the animals of other persons lawfully depastured on the Crown range shall be allowed to run in common over the adjoining unfenced privately owned lands aforesaid.
