Toward a fund, the income of which is to be used in the preservation and maintenance of the build ing owned by the Society adjacent to the Common, known as the Capen House, the sum Of four hundred (400) dollars, and with the further sum of one hundred (100) dollars to ward the erection near the street of a suitable gateway and Sign describing the building.
