Author Description

Old Hushwing lives in the barn near Billy's house, and Billy loves to lie in bed at night listening to the owl hunt. When Billy learns he is going to be built a new room in the barn, he is overjoyed until the builders scare the owl away. Finally he returns in spring - accompanied by Mrs Hushwing.
