About the Author Elizabeth A Carpenter received her BA from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters degree from the University of Kansas in 1970. She taught hearing impaired students for the Muscogee County School District in Columbus, GA from 1970 to 1988. After relocating to the Charlotte region, Ms. Carpenter taught for a Charlotte business school and PC training center. She opened Carpenter Consulting in 1994. She has served as the lead computer instructor for Computrain at Catawba Valley Community College where she has developed and taught courses for the past 12 years. Ms Carpenter had developed and taught courses for Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. She has done Excel and Access consulting and development. Product description
