Collins Big Cat is a guided reading series for ages 4-7 edited by Cliff Moon. Top children's authors and illustrators have created fiction and non-fiction books that your children will love to read, banded to help you choose the right book for every child. Practical teaching notes are included at the back of each book. This evaluation pack introduces you to all the books for emerging readers, from wordless Lilac (Band 0) books to Red B (Band 2A). The pack contains single copies of each book - that's 20 fiction and 20 non-fiction books, all 16 pages long and illustrated in full colour. Some of the authors included are listed at the end of this section. The pack also includes an additional 5 copies of one selected book so that you can try using Collins Big Cat with a reading group right away.
