Author Description

The current status of superconductivity from both material science and industrial perspectives is contained in these proceedings as presented in the 3rd International Symposium on Superconductivity held in Sendai, Japan on Novemver 6-9, 1990. Contributions cover the current status of superconductivity from both theoretical and material viewpoints in Japan and overseas. The latest research trends of Japanese research centers, the present status of high Tc materials, and the most recent progress in development of new materials and science both in Japan and overseas are also reported.
