A study of the politics of Jewish communities in Canada. After examining Canadian Jewry as a whole, the authors discuss the Jewish communities of Quebec, Toronto, the smaller communities of Ontario, and the Canadian West. They look at each community's history and demography, major Jewish institutions and organizations, organizational dynamics and leadership, and the issues it faces.
