After a life changing accident in 2008, Wendy was totally paralysed from a broken neck, and never imagined to even be walking again. Never having realised how much a traumatic event could change and impact life, what she experienced and struggles with can help others with traumatic struggles of their own. With a fitness background, ongoing disability and personal struggles she wants to support others who may be facing a stressful event, and see that one day at a time is sometimes the best way to work through.
