In this, the second Lynn Foster mystery, attorney Lynn Foster attempts to settle in to the quite side of life in Warwick County. But trouble arises when a self-described red-headed, sociologist, gypsy witch glides into down and meets a Sinister Minister, who seems hell-bent on alienating an entire congregation. Murder is committed on sacred ground and the list of suspects seems to grow as the investigation moves along. Lynn finds himself in the mix of things as he sets up defense for yet another one of the "gang", as well as one of Bert's (his mother) quirky guest at the Welcome Inn.
