In this book the author has examined the rural and urban disparity with the help of selected socio-economic indicators. Apart from this, status of socio-economic conditions in rural and urban area is also discussed. Suggestions are made concerning with formulating policies and programmes in terms of regulation and monitoring and control of disparities in rural and urban population.
