Greenland was discovered and settled by Norse people in late 10th century. They developed thriving society which faced sudden decline and dissapeared completely somewhere around 1500. year. True reasons of dissapearance are still unknown, some theories blame little ice age or clashes with Inuits but there is not definite proof for any theory. This book is short account of 500 years of history of this unfortunate society.
