Author Description

The author has wide experience in student counseling in Southern Africa and his theory of transformational intelligence is a unique view of the change process in organizations, groups and individuals. This title is aimed specifically at assisting senior learners at school level, students, and people in the workplace, who experience career plateaux, to engage in a process of reflection and self analysis to structure their thinking and actions towards higher levels of career satisfaction. The title can be used individually or in a group situation under the guidance of a facilitator, skilled in the process of career exploration.
