Main Author of this book is a Lecturer in School of Health Sciences, University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. Author developed buttermilk containing prebiotic Galactooligosaccharides. Her contribution to the research will be helpful towards developing functional foods with increased health benefits. This research book is beneficial for the readers to understand how Galactooligosaccharides can be produced in buttermilk (which is otherwise is an industrial waste). Book also gives suggestions that how GOS enriched buttermilk can be stored in different packaging.
