Includes introductory message from Philip Ruddock, Federal Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs; foreword by Peter Hollingworth, Anglican Archbishop of Brisbane; charts; bibliography; and appendix. Author is a senior fellow at the University of Melbourne and has a honorary research fellowship in the School of Political and Social Inquiry at Monash University.
